Follow the above tips. Prior to your session, talk to whomever you wish to contact and let them know of this upcoming appointment. Ask them to be there. Let them know that you’d like to hear from them. Wear or hold something that belonged to your loved one; for example, a piece of jewelry, a photograph, etc.

I link into your vibration, your guides, and that of anyone you wish to connect with, so you are an active participant. This is definitely a “group effort”, if you will. I will do the work, but it is important that you relax as much as possible. A little nervousness is to be expected, and a little slow, deep breathing will usually help.

I will ask you if you have any questions before the reading is over…..please ask them during that time. If a piece of information does not make since now, it may later. That’s where the tape comes in handy!
